Vendor Information

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be assigned on a first registered basis. DATAG will be contacting vendors individually in June to identify table assignments. It will be in a carpeted (lobby area of hotel), we will supply electricity/wi-fi extension cords, etc. 

Raffle

A conference raffle drawing will take place for attendees on Friday, July 15 at 11:45am. If you are interested in providing a raffle prize for attendees, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Raffle materials will be collected on Thursday, July 14.

Booth Set-up and Tear Down

Tables will be in place and ready for vendor set up at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, July 13. You will need to tear down your booth by noon on Friday, July 15. Electricity, tables, chairs and wi-fi will be available.

Package Shipping

If you would like to ship items to the hotel prior to the conference, please see the following information from the hotel:

The vendors sending packages must complete the attached form & need to put their name on the package for the DATAG conference if they are staying in the hotel and address it to 534 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. If they are not staying at the hotel, they need to include Joyce Mitchell & DATAG conference. They can have them scheduled for delivery on Monday, July 11th or later. We will not accept any packages earlier as we have a group prior and will not have any space for storage of items. Please note, there will be a charge for shipping items to the hotel. Again, see the attached form for more information.

For shipping items back to you (or somewhere else) after the conference, you will need to have a prepaid FedEx label AND call it into FedEx for pick up at the Saratoga Hilton. FedEx picks up regularly at the hotel, UPS does not.

Presentations

If you are a Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsor, you will NEED to submit your Presentation proposal as soon as possible. If you choose not to present at the conference, please let us know at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
